I have been away on vacation for the past few weeks. Just back now! A few people (Dennis Bratcher and John van Til) left comments which were not posted. I have also switched from my old comment provider to Blogger's own. That caused the loss of past comments and necessitated a new template. I have reposted the most recent comments (see here and here) and added the ones of Dennis (here) and John (here). Clear as crystal? Probably as clear as mud.
